Our team takes pride in the construction services we perform. On an annual basis, we provide design and construction management services for street preservation and rehabilitation projects. These consist of pavement analysis, M&R Planning, PCI inspections, StreetSaver® pavement management database updates, and GIS databases for preventative maintenance and capital improvement programs. This gives our clients comprehensive and data-driven insights that enable them to make informed decisions about their pavement maintenance strategies.
Lumos' inspectors are NAQTC, ACI, and ICC certified, averaging 19 years of individual inspection experience. They are cross-trained in materials testing, eliminating the need to have a separate testing staff.
