Project Experience
Mathewson Gateway Project, University of Nevada, Reno
This project comprises of a new seven-story parking complex, connecting pedestrian bridge, and a 125,000 square foot College of Business building facility. Lumos & Associates partnered with LMN Architects to provide civil design services for this vibrant expansion.
Nevada Department of Transportation Rest Areas
Lumos & Associates teamed with H+K Architects to provide professional services for the demolition and replacement of Nevada's Trinity, Beowawe, and Miller rest areas - totaling over 36 acres in size. These sites are over fifty years old and pose several design challenges with their rural locations, including access to potable water resources and power needs.
Plumas County Jail and Day Reporting Center
Lumos partnered with Clark/Sullivan Construction, Broward Builders, and Arrington Watkins Architects to provide civil engineering, survey and geotechnical exploration services on this new design-build correctional facility.
