Project Experience
The Kallan
The Kallan in Verdi, Nevada is a new 22-acre residential development designed to support the region’s growing demand for housing. Lumos was selected by the developer to provide land surveying, landscape architecture, and civil engineering services for this 242 multi-family unit project.
RiceHydro Development
Lumos provided civil design services to facilitate the design-build of a 72,000-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse facility in Nevada.
FISH Carson Street Multi-Use Development
Friends in Service Helping (FISH) is is a non-profit social services program serving rural Northern Nevada. The Lumos Civil Engineering team was contracted to provide civil design for a 1.05-acre parcel they acquired on North Carson Street. This work supported the development of an apartment complex and other multi-use commercial buildings.
