- 2 years, minimum, of experience as a licensed P.E. for a Staff Engineer position
- Greater experience, 4 to 8 years, as a licensed P.E. is required for a Project Engineer or Senior Engineer position
- Experience with general civil design with both public works and private development projects; capable of organizing and completing all phases of projects including proposal, design, submittal, agency coordination and review process, bidding assistance, contract document and technical specification preparation, and construction administration. Must have ability to solve design problems using engineering calculations and general design standards, and to apply concepts learned through required education and prior professional experience to complete project related tasks
- AutoDesk Civil 3D proficiency (including, but not limited to, grading, corridors, pipe networks)
- Experience overseeing junior design team members
- Excellent organizational, oral, written, and analytical skills are required, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- PE License in the State of Nevada, or the ability to attain within 3 months
- Clean driving record
