Project Description
Lumos provided civil design and geotechnical services for Alpine County's new 3,100 square foot Community Development Building. Civil improvements consisted of pedestrian access to the building, upgrades to the parking to provide handicap access, utility service, private septic system design, and the relocation of 220 feet of stormdrain. Lumos and the Architect team (Collaborative Design Studio) met an extremely compressed design schedule - 6 weeks, to complete the project. Lumos will provide inspection, testing, and construction administration services during the construction of the project.
