Lumos is working with the Town of Truckee on the West River Streetscape project; part of a revitalization of West River Street (between Bridge Street and Riverside Drive/Mill Street). This project includes sidewalks, curbs, gutters, crosswalks, ADA accessibility, landscaping, lighting, utility undergrounding, and storm drain and parking improvements.

The West River St. Streetscape Improvement Project included conceptual design alternatives, a Phase 1 report, site survey, drainage analysis, and a final design. Our team and the Town facilitated several public meetings, to provide a platform for local residents and community members.

Design for this project was completed in 2022. Lumos prepared construction bid documents and technical specifications and assisted with the bidding and bid evaluation of the project. The project is currently under construction and Lumos is providing engineering support during construction as needed.
