  Keeping a forward momentum is what allows us to achieve our goals. We stay agile. We grow. We move each other along. To reach new heights we address and navigate roadblocks that can slow us down and keep us from doing great things. We keep our focus on the finish line and always stay in motion.

• Dip Down

  We step in where we’re needed to support one another. Sure there are processes, roles and titles. But if a team member needs a hand we have no problem hopping out of our lane to help. Team is a level playing field and at the end of the day, we’re in it together.

• Own It

  We take ownership in everything we touch and we ask each other to do the same. Anyone can own an idea or help solve a problem. Once we take control of something we run with it. It inspires the leader in each of us. At the end of the day, owning it allows us to say, “people like us do things like this.”

• Make it Right

  At Lumos there is a desire to continually evolve, work the problem and find a better answer. We fail forward because we know that within any mistake there is an opportunity to learn and find a better answer, process, or approach. When we share our mistakes, we’re less likely to repeat them and we can collectively grow from them.
