Lumos provided design and construction services to develop and prepare construction documents, specifications and an engineer’s estimate for the construction of approximately 0.2 miles of roadway to service a 12 unit phase of the Campbell Ranch Subdivision for the Tribal Housing Authority. The improvements include the construction of the curb, gutter and sidewalk, AC paving and aggregate base, site grading and utility adjustments. The existing utilities (water, sewer and electrical) were identified and adjusted within the design. The drainage concept addressed the requirements for the new construction and included the mitigation of existing drainage problems immediately adjacent to the project. Lumos was responsible for the cost estimate and a schedule for project development; survey and mapping; detailed design plans; and for providing construction assistance.
